Well, Disney is always going to make bank. I doublechecked the numbers and while it's not as bad as I thought, 2017 saw the lowest numbers since 2014.

I was kind of joking about Zoe, but I don't get all the hubbub over Zoe having to cover up her skin color with green paint.

I've never seen the cominc version of the characer, so I already think she is bad ass! And Gamora is a green-skinned alien, so complaining about Zoe covering her skin tone is as ridiculous as a Caucasian having to do the same.

I don't get it either...

I wonder what shield was like in the '90s? I could see it as a bunch of whackadoos that are almost too crazy for the x-files. Then again, Peggy was in charge at least til around then so it couldn't have been too small. Oh maybe we will see Coulson?

Triskelion was shown as under construction in the 1990s in Ant-Man.

They were known to some degree. That building was huge.

Man, this 90s thing rules.

What I wouldn't give to see Carol flying around in an F-15 a couple years after the Gulf war, somehow that's way cooler than the F-22s and F-35's we get in everything these days.

Just aesthetically, 14's and 15's are iconic, exactly what I immediately think of in my head with "jet fighter". And, 14's being Navy, seems pretty likely she'll be in a 15 or 16 in this thing. Unless they're going to go down the whole "high-tech prototype F-22" route and she's a test pilot, they did exist back then in the test phases.

I don't know planes, so I just looked up all those ones you mentioned and I agree. The f-15's look more badass than those more recent ones.

Awesome. Now this is how you prepare for a role! F-15s, though old, are battle tested, very badass, capable and awesome. They have a maximum speed of 1,650 mph (Mach 2.5) and a maximum ceiling of 60,000 feet. I wonder how fast they'll let Brie fly in those planes. Will she puke? Will she pass out? Btw, she looks cute in a flight suit.

I wonder if Carol shot planes down over Iraq or enforced no-fly zones over Kosovo. She could have been doing all that boring stuff and then aliens came. Why can't real life be that exciting?
