They are some great manips. Brody is skinny little runt already anyway so he's a pretty good choice. Bettany is my choice if they re-cast though.

The one with him in the cell is simply astounding. major props. Do you guys just use Photoshop? I need to up my game, i've only had it for about a week so I still experimenting. You guys got any tips on how to do the scar textures?

im torn on whether joker needs a recast. if they were really planning on having heath come back for another movie, and he is pivotal to the story, AND a replacement character (riddler or anyone) just wouldnt work, then yea id say do it. but if not, hell no.

I'm really torn about the whole Joker thing too. Part of me doesn't want him recast, but another part believes he should influence the story and thus at least have a small part in the movie. Decisions.

How many batman roles has bettany been suggested for now? He isnt THAT good!

I dunno, I've only ever suggested him for Joker. I think he could pull of the dark humour and edginess. I think he's one of a few who could be influenced by Heaths Joker but still bring something fresh to the role. Thats what would have to happen if the re-cast Joker IMO. The person needs to be able to do the things Heath did to a degree, but still be able to put their own spin to it. If I was Nolan and I was re-casting Joker I would tell the person who got the gig to do something similer to Heath, isolate themselves with a copy of TDK and some Joker comics to do something similer, but different if you know what I mean.

Still that's wierd to me. Since in the comics whenever Batman catches up to Joker he's always looming over him. Gives a superior type of feel.

And in Keaton's defense, the Batsuit was sculpted to look imposing anatomically. The only real reason I could see for him working out is if he was going to have his shirt off. Any no disrespect to the man, but nobody wants to see that ****.


Anyway, finally got the damn pics working.

I'd like to see whoever gets cast go the Machinist route.

IMO he'd be perfect for a Batman Beyond film in which he could play a darker and more villainous Ghoul

I think Johnny Depp would be the best replacement for Joker, he's a great actor and I think he could bring a simlarly looney sinicism (sp?) to the role, plus he and ledger look a like

yea i agree lader, he wouldnt try playing joker unless it was his own version, and people would get pissed lol, i dont think nolan will do it anyway. i think depp as riddler would be awesome though.

Oh I see. Well I wouldn't say he's above it, if Depp felt he could bring something to the role and feels like he would enjoy it I couldn't see him turning it down.
