I´d love to see Crispin Glover as a villain in the movie.
I wanted him as The Riddler.

Adding these actors/actress' in B3 would simply ROCK!

I can see the Sgt Max Cort character from PREY possibly being re written as Sgt Harvey Bullock or something and then he would be the vigilante on the hunt for Batman as Deadshot and not Night Scourge like in PREY

This has probably been posted before but in the Loeb/Sale comics (the ones that have been the dominant influence on Nolan and Goyer so far) Catwoman was not a villain.

My guess would be that the female villain will be corrupt D.A Janice Porter and Catwoman/Selina Kyle will be the love interest.

and Hardy will most likely end up being Hugo Strange in his "police psychologist" role.

Well since every Batman movie has had 3 villains (what i call a 5-second Villain, a whole movie villain, & an Ending villain), I think Nolan is going to stick to what he has been doing

Batman Begins:
5-Second Villain: Mr. Zsasz
Whole Movie Villain: The Scarecrow
Ending Villain: Ras Al Ghul

The Dark Knight:
5-Second Villain: The Scarecrow
Whole Movie Villain: The Joker
Ending Villain: Two-Face

The Dark Knight Rises:
5-Second Villain: I have no idea, I would put money on the Scarecrow just because I don't think Nolan would want to introduce anybody new for such a small part
Whole Movie Villain: I'm 90% sure it'll be Catwoman just because she is such a big part of the Batman franchise and she plenty of tension to keep up with Batman the whole movie.
Ending Villain: This will probably be the role that Tom Hardy is playing that we will see how he developed into this villain throughout the movie. My personal thoughts on this is that he will become either Deadshot or Bane, both very destructive forces in their own right and can easily be made into within an hour of a Batman film.

I'd like to see Joe Pantoliano as Hugo Strange. He'd be sick. He has already worked with Nolan, aswell, in Memento. And I enjoyed the hell out of his villanous performance in The Matrix (he's one of my fav parts in that movie).

Robin Williams would work as Strange also.

The task force going after Batman would be Jim Gordon, Hugo Strange, Floyd Lawton, and Sara Essen.

Gordon and Essen would try and sabotage Strange and Lawtons attempts at capturing and framing the Batman.

Lawton would be Deadshot at night and Strange would of course know about it. Catwoman would be more of the wild card of course and being more of an ally to Batman.

Selina/Catwoman could be the fly in everyone's ointment... at one point or another.

I would like to see Catwoman doing her own thing through the first half of the movie... but then Hugo Strange gets her involved in the mix of his plots (perhaps blackmailing her or something)... only to have Catwoman turn on him and almost kill him at the end (because she wants to fly solo and/or maybe because she learns Hugo killed a family member of hers or something).

Ending: Batman talks Catwoman out of killing Hugo... which is the reverse story arch of Harvey/Two Face.

Why do you want Det. Sarah Essen in the film so much? I think it would be a bit of a waste personally.

One question for the folks supporting Viggo Mortensen for Hugo Strange. Remember he was Nolan's first choice to play Ra's al Ghul in Batman Begins, and he turned it down. What makes you think he'll change his mind now?
