I like that fan art, but from what we've seen in the official concept art and heard from comic con I think Hela's costume is going to be a lot more comics accurate than that. I'm thinking green/black armored body suit, green cape and headdress, sans mask. I don't know if she'll wear the headdress the whole movie, probably just in key scenes. I wouldn't put it past Waititi to make characters commenting on Hela's wacky headdress a running joke throughout the movie or something like that. t:

Tell me about it. Since Cate's casting was announced back in May we've heard literally nothing about Hela's role in the film other than the fact she's a villain. No subtle hints, no costume glimpses. Nothing. I appreciate they want to keep her under wraps as long as possible to give the big reveal more hype, but come on Marvel.

With the film exactly a year away I'm not expecting any footage until April. If we get something earlier, great, but I won't be tying myself in a knot over it.

Awesome to see that Hela will clearly be showing some extremely badass, not to mention gravity defying moves. I can't wait for the big Thor vs Hela fight, it's going to be so epic.

Does it have to be? Hela's the primary villain, it would be a bit of a weird CBM if the titular hero didn't fight the primary villain at any point. I'm not saying it'll be the big final fight, I'm just saying I can't wait to see them fight each other, period.

I imagine the big final fight will be Ragnarok itself, Hela's army of the dead (and Surtur who she deliberately unleashes from Muspelheim to finish Asgard off) fighting Thor, Hulk, Valkyrie and the rest of the Asgardians. That's my best guess anyway.

Yep, it was discussed a little in the previous general thread. His reaction has just intrigued me even more, he's clearly aware of the Hela/Death rumours and made a cryptic comment about knowledge of the comics not always being helpful when it comes to the MCU. That definitely hints that the events of IW and Thanos' motivations will not follow the comics completely accurately.

Please let it be true, Kev! Cate Blanchett and Josh Brolin hamming it up together in IW as evil and genocidal star-crossed lovers is something the world definitely needs, even if it doesn't fully realise it yet. t:

Fiege has never met a question he couldn't dodge. I swear listening to him drives me crazy because he says one thing and in the next sentence say something just the opposite.
