Toronto could have pulled this off WAY better than Chi Town, our cops are cooler.

And Seattle has the KeyBank Tower, which is AN ALL BLACK BUILDING... which would've been EVEN BETTER.. plus it would've kept it from being ruined by...

I know its a CFB event, but when has that ever stopped the Joker from pulling some kind of stunt? Plus, would you have been more pumped if you didn't expect the Joker to pull something, rather than sitting there waiting for it?
I know he's got /overture as well going on, but these could (and seemingly are) two different events..
