Not that I don't understand where the people who are upset are coming from, ratings prove otherwise, for me I like the show that much more now.

The ratings in the last four episodes are about the lowest the show has gone. 2.08 - 2.2 (million) viewers when the last season averaged 2.76. We'll see how the death starts to effect them soon.

LOL, that bad? It seems firing him back then would have been a great idea. Whoever replaced him would have had to work really hard to top a 50% ratings drop.
