Micah has absolute control over any computer, he can easily access any government records or video cameras.

But he's also a kid...if he has no knowledge of Building 26, how would he know exactly what to look for?

How could he possibly know to track the Agent's movements and let the Heroes know?

If it was established that Micah was made aware of Building 26, then I could understand him having motive to seek them out via digital records and tech...but they've omitted him thus far which leads me to believe that he doesn't know about them.

I can't believe that they're just going to pull Micah out of nowhere like that...I mean if it turns out that way then it's cool, but still...Noah makes more sense.

Its probably Micah, he can basically do anything when it comes to computers because he said that its like he can talk to them and they tell him what he needs to know. So it would be pretty easy for him to figure all the things he would need to contact them like that.
