well, first off I'm a WASP, so I don't see why my son would want to, or why he would want to apply to a school that is black only, but that being said, I can honestly say that I wouldn't seek to bring legislation upon the said school for my "troubles".

Do you think the KKK should be forced to allow black men? Should the Black Panthers be forced to allow white men if they had a policy against it? Do you think a church should be forced to hire pedophiles?

If you've said yes to any of those, then you are for the government legislating morality (which is a condrum to begin with, almost all laws legislate morality, but the left seems to hate the idea).

The wire tapping is a different matter. It was (apparently) a case of a president changing a law to allow the due process and the courts to be circumvented. It 's about protection of your rights as a citizen, and of your human rights.
