To 3D Or Not To 3D: A Guide To Buying The Right Clash Of The Titans Ticket

LOL I know what you mean. He has been horrible. But I was wondering if he kept his "natural" accent throughout OR tried to change it like he normally does & end up flip flopping all over the place.Asking if Sam's accent is consistent is kinda like asking if there are any childmoslesting priests.
word
it gets worse in COTT
Thanks. Hopefully his wavering accent won't bother me either, but so far it's annoyed me.i saw it in 2d...
i would've obviously liked to have seen more of hades... [BLACKOUT]he put up no fight whatsoever[/BLACKOUT] and Zeus served no purpose he was just there.. like all the other pointless gods on Olympus.
i didnt mind his accent or even notice it... he barely spoke enough to care.
He mainly just kept repeating throughout the movie "i dont want to be a god, i fight as man".
The effects are the only enjoyable aspect of the original...So F/X aside, the original is much more 'enjoyable'...?

and then we will complain why they are doing 3D movies?can you imagine if everyone would do what you did? ?I never liked the original, I always thought it was horrible, the only redeeming factors of it are the effects and Zeus. I enjoyed this one throughly, its a fun action movie. The action in it is pretty damn good and the acting is pretty strong. It's worth seeing but not in 3D, I saw it in 3D tonight because of everyone saying it sucked so I had to see for myself. Wow its bad.
Just came back from seeing this, normally wouldn't go and see crap like this but it's a holiday, I was bored and had nothing to do.
This film is simply appalling. For starters Sam Worthington, ever since he decided to cross the Pacific and try his luck State side something's happened: the guy's forgotten how to act. He's been good in some of his Aussie flicks, but strike me dead it's as if someone over there's told him 'This is how you act in Hollywood'. He really needs to to do something about this coz he's on the border line of becoming a joke.
The plot? Worthington is some dude who's apparently Zeus son who must go off and for some reason kill some scorpions, fight some mangled dude, ride Pegasus and kill Medusa. Something about Hades trying to screw Zeus over as well, I was too distracted by Liam Neeson's costume to give a damn. Ralph Finnes is as cliched a sorcerer type dude as you can get. Gemma Arterton just seems to hang around for no apart reason other than to give out convenient information to our hero.
The action is damn boring, the ending an anti-climax, the acting wooden, the dialog laughable and the popcorn overly salted. There was no effort at all to make anything good here, the people who make this film really need to look at themselves in the mirror for this, where the hell is their self respect? The best part was the Inception trailer right before movie started. All was not lost though, I did pick up Season 5 of The Wire before I left the shopping plaza which I'm hoping will cleanse my pallet of the very bad taste this film left.
3/10 - Mostly for the Medusa sequence which was about the only decent part in the movie.
this was the most epic april fools joke everr lol
^ William Hurt's General Ross did care about Betty's feelings. He protect her from the Hulk during the first transformation. He came out of the tank when she called him "Dad". He send the soldier to stop her so she wouldn't be too close once Banner Hulked out at Culver University. He wanted her to see the true extention of Banner's mutation so she would finally understand he's a threat to her and everyone else. He freaked out when it appeared that the helicopter had crushed her and immediatly called out the attack. He ordered Blonsky not to rail into Sterns' lab because Betty was there. He made sure she wasn't handcuffed. He tranquilized her by showing her the Hulk emerging from the ground in Harlem. He tried to protect her when Abomination tried to kill them at the old church. He did care. Yes, he was as much obssesed with using the Hulk as a gun, but he did loved his daughter as much as Sam Elliot's Ross.
And the scene where Hulk tenderly touches Betty's hair, says her name, is highlited by the helicopter's flashlights and sights, running away after one last sad look at his one true love, for me, defines Hulk better than the entire Ang Lee movie.
Im going to try to see it today at 2 before all the big crowds come out.
Jesus, this movie seems to give off much suckiness, we're here talking about Hulk movies, what trailers will be attrached, Season 5 of The Wire, and child molesting priests.
Anyone know what trailers are attached?
Yep, this is looking like a '$6 before noon special' at AMC, if that. Damn the frills. I was hoping for more.Same here, I'm going to a 2D matinee showing. If it's a ****** film, at least I only spent $5.50 on it.![]()
