Can't believe no one's mentioned this yet, Jim Rash is in the opening credits now. I'm really exicted and happy about this. I was also kinda sad by the episode. It seemed like the writers are thinking they might get cancelled. With the Dean wanting everything to be more mainstream and then stating, "It's going to be like last year but we're gonna have no money." and then at the end when everyone said that this is the year they will die. I think the last word was Troy saying "This is our last year" I got really sad.

I am convinced that opening is another example of the writers' unending joy in mocking Glee.

So, it's pretty much guaranteed that Jeff is going to bang Annie this season, right?

Harmon did state in an old interview that his plan is for this show to run only 4 seasons...about the length of a typical school.

I can't see this being the final season, I honestly believe that so long as the ratings don't take a huge drop this year that they will let Harmon and co. finish their run.

Even if its just a 12-13 episode half season next year.

I know Harmon says he has a four year plan but that doesn't mean NBC does. He has stated that he knows he is in dangerous territory. He looks at Arrested Development which was cancelled in it's third season. The ratings did drop last night. And yes it was in Jeff's head but the Dean also said, "There will be no spaceships no zombies, no monkeys in the vents." and then he took it back and said, "It'll be like last year but we have no money."

On another note was the opening number making fun of Glee? I thought it was just a number in general.

In the opening, Annie's skirt flies up just enough to briefly see some sweet, sweet booty meat.

whats funny is that her skirt is never that short. if you watch even the shot after that where Jeff and Annie say that they will sleep together its longer. which means that they made it that short only for that one shot so that you could see . amazing
