Haha..that takes me back....I remember my old SEGA....just SEGA (no Genesis)....not many people had it compared to the Nintendo...

The original Nintendo NES is still to this day my favorate game system. I still play mine quite often. I just beat Mario 3 the other day Also played Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Arcade Game.

I've actually never had the Super NES. I had Sega, and the Sega Channel (remember that? probably not),... and it was enough for me!

I still have my SNES. Some of those games are still great. It's a must have item; because you just can't get games like it anymore.

Yeah, I think the only game that I've thoroughly enjoyed since Sega was Final Fantasy 8. Final Fantasy 7 and X-Men Legends were alright. But that's it. But I can still get myself to play hours of any of the original Mario games, or Sonic. Mike Tyson's Punchout will always warm my heart, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 will always make me scream "HOW DO YOU BEAT THE STUPID DAM!!!!"

By the way guys. I'll be moving this week and weekend, and at the new house I won't be getting the internet until the 10th. So if I'm not around much, that's why. I plan on going to my mom's house some through that time, so I'll try to get on and debate and vote while there, but I'm just letting you guys know. So starting probably Saturday until I'm back up and running, Phaed has all decision making powers. I'll also put POWderman as 2nd in command for that small time too,... in case Phaed isn't available to solve a problem.

I got th' Sonic Mega Collection fer PS2. Great fun, especially since I never had Sega. I also never had NES, but I got Mario All Stars second it came out fer SNES. Heh I went from Atari to SNES...jumped a lotta systems. Wonder if there's a Mario collection fer Gamecube...

There's actually a possibility that the new Nintendo revolution will emulate the older Nintendo systems so we can play all our old games on it. Not sure exactly how that would work, but it would be so sool if it's true.

yeah its true weig....

the revolution will have internet capabilities and once you have logged on you go to a default nintendo home page.there you can download ANY game ever made by nintendo onto the harddrive of the console.

and to add to this amazing console there is a at the back of the console a slot for gamecube games and four ports for the game cube joypads including memory card ports.

this sounds like such a cool console.

the new joypads i havent seen but im aware that they are blue tooth so you can be anywhere in the room and not have to worry about wires or lost conection like the infra red joypads of yesteryear

very very cool.

im investing in one of these and a ps3 when they are finally released in the Uk dec 06 roughly ive been told

I wasn't too thrilled with the Revolution controller, until I saw the demo. The way the people were using the wand movement to create actions rather than button...awesome. Just the though of being able to have a "real" sword fight, were your sword swinging movements are translated into the same movements on screen...

Powder, when you are doing your tallying, could you make sure I have everyone's wins and loses correct. Sometimes I mess up, and with every character having a participant, my chances probably doubled this time around.

We do have a tie with Wolverine's two characters. This match-up will go into next week to get a definitive winner. Everyone who is able is allowed to say why they think Venom or Carrion should be the one to advance.

You do...but, all ties, whether or not both characters are owned by the same person, must have a deciding victory. This is beneficial for you in you might see how people will vote come round three where your character has to face someone who just beat an odds on favorite in Maestro.

Here are the current records, with Blaze, Sparta, and Victor still undefeated. Me and Midnight Ice break even, especially after bad first week for me. Phaedrus, Nightwing and Nightwolf are having bad starts. Wolves has already gone through 9 matches...and there is some juggling for position between Harlekin, JH and Wiegeabo...with Death's Head looking for his first win.
