I actually just noticed that one of the battle threads is in the 900's as well, pretty dog on good!
Also, I would like to have more opinions. Here is what I'm thinking, but it could be a touchy subject and I keep going back and forth (as you've all read) so I would like your opinions. Reguarding Captain Britain with Excalibur, I am leaning toward allowing the weapon as long as it isn't used to warp reality or anything of that nature. Any other use that I've heard is fine. Normally I wouldn't make exceptions or rules to not use aspects of a weapon like that, except that it would be out of character for Cap to use it in that manor, so I think it seems alright as he wouldn't anyhow. But then, I don't always make the right decision and I'd like to make sure the majority of you agree. Please be fair in your opinions, thanks. Also note that it would be a resource. He wouldn't automatically have it all the time, only when he needs it or would use it, as it isn't something he has at all times. It can be brought out when his owner decides to use it for the battle.
