uhhhh....whats the deal with this cover.

Basically Waller has been imprisoned due to leading a secret team of villains and after spending a year in prison she is released by Sarge Steel to reform the Squad for a mission in Vlatava and Batman also comes along. The cover is a bit dishonest in that Batman doesn't visit Waller in Prison, kind of like how this cover is dishonest because Rick Flag didn't go on that mission due the beating he took from the Batman when the Squad fought the Justice League.
