Which Blondie? Don't say Rebekah she is like one of the hottest girls on the show right now so it would be sad if she died. I would also really like to see more of Phoebe Tonkin the girl from Secret Circle back on TVD.

I think she would be but the show runners know that there would be major backlash from the fans and media. Kill off your only major minority character? People already complain about her lack of story lines. Things would only get worse.

People are already complaining. So killing her off will just mean that the fans eventually will get over it

I wasn't a fan of the premiere but with these 2 latest episodes I think this season is starting off really good.

I kinda hope at some point, they are no longer able to use the rings. Letting them walk in the sun gives them too much power. Force them into the night, where they belong.

Never gonna happen probably. 95% of the characters are vamps and they dont want to limit themselves to just night time.

i think it's mentioned in one of the behind the scenes clips on the blurays that it would be near impossible to film only a night.

The show would be less interesting if they were just nocturnal vamps, is much more entertaining to see them active thru the day.

Witches. Every time there's a fight between a witch and vampires, the witch has a tendency to wipe the floor with them while hardly breaking a sweat.

Also, the vampire hunters the show just introduced seem pretty up to the task as well.

The hunter said that it's something that is only supposed to be able to be seen by other hunters or potential hunters, so they might be turning Jeremy into the next Alaric somehow. Hopefully they don't have him turn on the rest of the cast or something.
