Cyclops bites the dust... again?

Meh. A good leader does not interesting make.
Tell that to the bazillion people who liked Optimus Prime.

I doubt that if they were really killing him off, they'd show it so blatantly, but then again, I doubted they'd be so stupid in X3, and lo and behold...

Did anyone read Phoenix: Endsong?
Emma is the Phoenix now.
No she isint. The Stepford Cuckoos are. And Jean is always the Phoenix, its just a complicated matter of when she's dead.

Posts like that make me glad that I no longer follow the X-titles.

I liked Endsong this looks intresting, Emma can annoy me somtimes, and i don't think Cyke would die its a dream maybe or if he does die Jean could bring him back right?

Did they show Cyke's body in X3? No they didnt. Ergo.... he's not dead.

Because she asked to be killed before killing AGAIN. I don't know how people keep missing that and using the "no body" excuse.

She means that she killed a lot of fish by superheating Alkali Lake. DUH!

I read Endsong. Emma's not the Phoenix... the Phoenix tried to possess her, pretty much burned her out, and had to flee back into Jean's body. ... Or something close to that, I think. I'd have to read the mini again.

But on an entirely different note, and all *****ing and speculation aside, I doubt Pak would kill of Cyclops. And Colossus. He's starring the Astonishing team, like he did in Endsong, but wouldn't kill them off. That's obviously a dream sequence - but whose dream?

Because in the inevitable sequel, it would be really easy to bring Cyclops back.

Guys, this is so obviously a dream sequence that it's ridiculous.

I loved Endsong, it was one of the best X-Men minis that we've had in a long while. It actually went a long way into making the Phoenix a helluva lot less complicated than it was before.

Jean is the true Phoenix. She always will be. But the Phoenix Force -- which is just that: a force, and not a person -- can become fragmented and unwhole. That's when the problems arise.

I liked when it was an omnipotent cosmic force yearning to experience desire, myself.

but Whedon's new arc is so good, and his book so removed from the crap x-jumble:(

I follow Astonishing still. Exiles, too. I meant the X-corner of Marvel's universe as a whole.

tee hee we both read astonishing:)

want to have a ticklefest?:):(

we can talk about buffy and look at pictures of david boreanaz:)

he's dreamy:o

He lost some of that extra poundage before Bones, too. He's totally, like, hotter than ever. :)

well to be fair he was pretty hot in the first three seasons of Buffy:o

Do you think he boned Sarah Michelle Gellar. Because I do.:o

Probably, although I wish he could take it back. She turned out to be a heinous *****. :(

shut up, you're going to weaken the godzilla crush I have on her:mad:

Some guys are turned on by obnoxious *****es. Maybe you're one of them.

I think you are going way overboard with your judging:mad::(

at least we can agree that we would both break our sexual preference if David came knocking:)

Anybody else sick and tired of Cyclops being Emma's *****? Or Jean's *****? Or hell, anybody sick of Scott being the ***** of whoever his girlfriend is at the time?
