I am looking forward to it.

My mind is set on trying to get either Luke or Rey from the end of the film. I just love her second outfit.

I love that second outfit too. But I pre-ordered this one on December 24th so I just stuck with it since she's in that costume for the most part. Does the second outfit one come with BB-8?

I don't think it comes with BB-8, which looks fantstic. And if I could afford it, I'd get them both. I love Rey's two looks in the films, but there is something so Luke Empire and "spacey" about the second one, that I can't help but love it a bit more.

Ridley had no idea what she was getting into — literally none — when she signed on as the lead in J.J. Abrams' Star Wars film. "I hadn't properly read the script before I was cast, so getting to see Rey on the page for the first time was incredible," the actress tells THR. "She goes on such an incredible journey!" Longtime Star Wars music man John Williams has cited Rey as his favorite character from the galaxy far, far away. The 84-year-old composer said that one of the main reasons he is returning to score Episode VIII is because he doesn’t want anyone else writing music for Rey. "George Lucas created something unbelievable with Star Wars," says Ridley. "The Force Awakens is a joyous continuation of a much loved piece of cinematic history."

Daisy Ridley seems to be about 5 feet 7 inches tall.

Many of the original actresses will be voicing their characters. Daisy Ridley is playing desert scavenger Rey in stories set within the arc of The Force Awakens (sorry, no flash-forwards to The Last Jedi or Episode IX, and no flashbacks to illuminate her mysterious past,) and Felicity Jones will resurrect Jyn Erso for adventures that pre-date the climax of Rogue One. (Obviously.)

One Forces of Destiny story involves Rey battling the thieving Jakku scavenger Teedo to protect BB-8 while on their way to Niima Outpost for their fateful encounter with Finn. Another involves a battle with the nightwatcher worm, a creature with glowing eyes who was seen only briefly in The Force Awakens, lifting its head out of the sand. “He eats junk on Jakku and has an appetite for BB-8,” Beck says.

Another short takes place aboard the Millennium Falcon with Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Finn as Rey tries to disarm an explosive tracking device hidden aboard the craft by Unkar Plutt. “What we love about Rey is her mechanical skills, and she knows this ship as well as our other heroes,” Beck says.
