Really hope in any sequel we get to see Pym working on getting Janet back, Scott has shown it can be done and the most emotional parts of the movie were Pym talking about her. Would love to see them reunited.

I could absolutely see Zeta-Jones as Janet.

Even the timeline (assuming time doesn't move forward in the Microverse/Quantum Realm) lines up rather well.
