Seriously though . . . anyone seen one yet?

One guy on twitter said he was baffled by the rave reviews and his would be coming out at some point. So that seemed bad.

The worst review right now is probably village voice which says it's very good just the first two episodes plodded a bit.

The thing is the reviews have dried up mostly now, so I wager the rest of them will come on the 10th. Which is probably too late for bad buzz. As people will have started watching it by then and started telling there friends.

Whose going to be reading reviews when the show is there to watch.

Well right after I said the reviews had dried up. Not much of a review mind, more saying Netflix can go into different shows with more confidence now

I am avoiding reading any of these reviews because I don't want to be spoiled. However it great hearing all the good WOM for this series just only 4 days away and we can all start Binge watching or watch it all during the weekend.

I'm beginning to think that maybe the reason the reviews are drying up a bit is a lot of the critics who haven't weighed in yet want to do so and go more indepth with spoilers and the like. They probably don't want to do that until Friday as that's when most of us will start watching it. I'm fairly certain most of us comic/movie nerds and our respective movie scoop sites will be awash in Daredevil discussion for the entire upcoming weekend. Don't think i'll have time to binge it all on Friday but i'm gonna try to finish the show before the weekend is up if possible. I want to at least get the first half done by the end of Friday.

Funnily enough, due to the enemy Orson Welles made out of the Hearst media empire, Citizen Kane DID get bad buzz, terrible buzz even, from a wide range of media publications on its release.

Well the show is streaming on Netflix. It's not exactly a traditional distribution model.

So there are no TV ratings. No ad revenue. No DVD/Blu-ray sales. It will be measured by how much its streamed and I guess by how much Netflix computes I suppose an uptick in subscribership in order to watch Daredevil.

Bizarrely, I'm not sure if I heard this on an episode of Frasier some 20 years back or Ratatouille, but... the only thing better than a perfect meal is a perfect meal with one small, insignificant flaw that can be discussed and dissected over and over.

I think #BadBuzz is working out splendidly for us at that level.
