Did anybody else get this book this past Wednesday? I just gave it a read and was pleasantly surprised. The major meat and potatoes of the book is that it reprints ASM # 39 and # 40, with some updated coloring. Though it was a present day story that involves Peter's knowledge of Norman Osborn and Norman's current secretary, Ms. Hand.

I thought it was an interesting read and shows some very interesting things to come between Norman Osborn and Peter Parker, in my opinion. Also it has a complete chronological list of stories, in continuity, to read if you want to get up to date on Norman. Also has a big recap of EVERYTHING about Norman and actually gives you an idea of what's still in continuity with Spider-Man and what isn't, even though it mainly involves Norman Osborn. It's actually a very good companion if you're a fan of Norman Osborn.

Haven't seen anybody talking about this, figured if no one wanted to take a chance on it that maybe it would peak some interest. Peace Out!

I picked it up, but I've yet to read it...

:yay:

I totally forgot it came out. Going to have to pick it up, cause the cover alone was something i want to own.

I haven't hada chance tp pick my copy up yet. I will VERY soon though.

Yeah, I picked it up. It was neat to see the coloring on the old issues.

I was particularly interested in Norman's history, because I was fuzzy on his whole public status post return from the dead and how he got into power, first the Thunderbolts and now H.A.M.M.E.R. They kind of explain it. I kind of get it.

I'm just enjoying Spidey's greatest villain in such a powerful position.

Aloha,
These are the kinds of books that Marvel must put out every once and a while to give people who do not have 20-40 plus years of Spidey history under their belt. It's a great one shot that really brings you up to speed on all things NO.

Hey, I have about 36 years of Spidey history under their belt and I still needed this to try and sort out Norman's legal & public status!
