my least favorite thing about ready to rumble (and there are MANY) is that it made wrestling fans look stupid. these 30 year old guys thought wrestling was real?

There's something classic about it being filmed in a documentary-ish way, I think.

indeed. perhaps this summer. i figure the movie would have to be released early next year, if not sooner. i'm sure it'll be a limited release, but even if i can't see it in theatres, i want to see a trailer and read the reviews. we need a picture, a poster, a teaser, something. you're killin me aronofsky.

I'm sure a teaser trailer is coming. That's for sure.

yeah, i hope so. i mean, not all movies have teasers. quite often it's only bigger movies. but maybe we'll get one anyway. i sure hope so. and i wonder if tna or wwe will allow it to be a sponsor. cross promotions and stuff. then we can get exclusive footage and interviews. get it more hype and get it a nationwide release so i can see it in theatres =D

I read over on imdb that they used alot of handheld cameras because it had a limited budget and schedule.
