So...Oldman.

In other words...this movie went from sounding awesome to.....$%^&(@$&!@(&!!!!!!!! I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED!!

Pretty much.

Why wants everyone to see him as the bad guy ? His 2 most popular characters are good guys ...Sirius Black from HP and Gordon from Batman .Why does he get his first Oscar nom for a restrained good guy LOL? Seems he is great in a good guy part too.He is good as a bad guy but it´s getting old and I hope the casting directors think outside ot the box .If some director does that it works .Black ,Gordon and Smiley are the proof LOL.

I hope his part in the Apes movie is a nice ,intelligent good guy !

Since Hollywood seems not to give him the chance to do more "Oscar bait" movies I hope at least this movie will turn out great .

Haven't kept up much and so does Franco's character not appear at all?

Franco is probably not going to return.

I guess he'll just be mentioned as dying cause of the virus

According to him his part was always going to be really small, basically a cameo and even that was only based on his relationship with the director.

Quite frankly, after seeing Franco ripping on the movie and apologizing ahead of time for how bad he thought it was going to be on talk shows immediately before the movie came out, I really didn't care to see him return anyways.

I don't really care to see him return. It's not like Cesar is going to reminisce with him.

I don't care if Franco returns or not. I would like to have seen how his relationship with Caesar changes when the apes truly start to take over and the humans die off though.

It still amuses me that Franco thought the movie would be horrible and it turned out to be one of the best "Apes" movies.
