I don't see how either of them are busy. With 14 confirmed characters, how is that any different than x2 or First Class?

Or Lord of the Rings. Or Harry Potter. Or Hunger Games.

I hope these three in particular come back.

Blink is cool and all, but they should have gone with Nightcrawler if they want to use a teleporter

nice to see Colossus back though. hopefully he looks like he did in X2 rather than X3 where he looked more like the T-1000.

Well if they're using Blink to travel through time with a portal, that's something Nightcrawler can't do. I also don't think he can teleport as many people as Blink can at once.

But I do agree, Nightcrawler should be in this.

Captain America blew Cyclops away with his leadership abilities in The Avengers. Singer definitely needs to give Cyclops his due and make him the leader he's supposed to be.

Indeed he does. But that may come in the next X-film. This one needs to bring him back.

I don't know if I can take another movie where Cyclops is in but not as the leader... I understand he needs to be brought back, but he needs to flaunt those leading skills in this one or I'll be disappointed.

That would be the fourth movie where we don't see Cyclops being the leader he should be!

What if it ends in a brand new universe where James Marsden stands front and center with Famke, Kelsey, Ashmore and Foster behind him. And Patrick Stewart to the side with like..a blanket on his lap. Then we get a whole new movie with them. With Sinister.

Yeah I saw people saying the same thing about Gateway. For some reason people seem to be confused by teleportation and time travel.

You can change a characters powers for the films like Sebastian Shaw.

Gateway, though, can cause time portals. I guess they could cause Blink to time travel somehow or she could be in the 70s.

But there's fan demand and he's becoming real popular in the comics. The actor wants back and we all want him back! I think there's hope.

Cyc should be back by the end of this film in some way. Be it a new FC member in another film, or the timeline switch/future change in the modern team.

While I understand the desire to have Scott return, at this point we should realize that that needs time. Are you guys forgetting that the character is DEAD? They need to first think of a way to bring him back before they can o anything else with him.

Cyclops has been a main character of the X-Men since its inception, and he STILL wasn't used to his full potential.

James Marsden was all too happy to sit back and pick up whatever scraps the team gave him. Now, from his POV, I can't blame him. As an actor, any role in a big movie, however big or small, would be good for his career, and from most accounts he loved working with the cast and the feeling was mutual.

At best, he gets a cameo in this movie. At best. And it still wouldn't change the mediocre treatment he's gotten throughout the series.

Very true, There were over 20 characters in the last Harry Potter movie and that turned out good.
