DBZ live action movie

There shouldnt be a DBZ movie live action movie. They are gonna kill dragonball with it. Why would they do this, there's a reason it hasn't been done becuz it can't be done. It will look so campy, no mather how you go at it, if you try to make it serious it wont work. If you try to make if funny it wont work. I mean c'mon do we really want another Super Mario or Street Fighter? This is wat happens when hollywood gets japanese lisence material. They ruin it. Mark my words, if they make a DBZ movie it will suck big time because its made in hollywood.

P.S. everyone go to see Shaolin Soccer, if you like dragonball you will love this movie, I KID YOU NOT.

I know I was for this live action idea, but to be honest, what the hell is FOX smoking on? Minnie Me as Krillin? Jackie Chan as Goku?

I have a better idea. Instead of a live action DBZ movie, why don't Akira Toryama do a long animated film based on the entire Sayain saga with better animation, fighing, and character designs because some episodes were done by horrible artists.

jackman would make a good goku, but i hope its not true about toriyama not having any control cause then the film is doomed.

i liked MaJiN's idea of reanimating the saiyin saga. id def. see that.

nope. and offence has been taken.

why is jackman so bad for goku. he looks kinda like goku, has about the same height. hes not as buff as goku but he can buff up more. he can do action scenes. whats wrong with him?

Here is some more cast news for you guys.As I posted before somewhere else Ray park is casted as vegeta.Other people casted are jessica alba from dark angel as bulma,Bill goldberg as nappa,olando bloom as tien,Jason bateman as raditz{Don't know who this guy is so if someone can post a pic.},sam wheeler as piccolo{This guy is a new actor.He has never done a movie.It's said he is a 6'7 black man with a deep voice.}Last Oolong,puar and king kai will be CGI.As for other people in the dbz universe no one has been cast.But remeber this are rumors.Don't blame me for bad information.

Goku is a playful, uber-naive, and childlike character. And Goku must also look like a person who never grew up. Also, the actors must at least have a bit similarity with the characters they are playing.

Jackman might have been a perfect Wolverine, but I really don't see the character Goku in him.

Goldberg as Nappa = Perfect
Ray Park as Vegeta = I could live with it
Hugh Jackman as Goku = No way


And no matter who they will cast, deep inside of me, I really hope that they will scrap the DBZ Life Action Movie idea.

i dont think there has ever been any official info on it other than fox has the rights to make a dbz live action movie.

rumor has it that the movie is being done in secret and that jackman was hired for the role of goku but held up production and was fired.
