best cover

That cover is very well done. I'm just as excited for Detective Comics as I am for Grant Morrison's upcoming arc on Batman, after the current one ends that's crossing over both books. Hopefully the story is well orchestraded as opposed to Morrison's Batman and Son, which even the preview looks great.

How does Dini suck these days? Maybe the Riddler was too complicated for animated episodes that were, for all their high-brow critical attention and acclaim, still aimed primarily at children and beholden to all the rules of network TV, but the comics give him the proper format to fully explore the Riddler's complexities in a way that does them justice.
The man hasnt written anything good in over six years. His recent work can only be described as average at best.

A sample of Karl Kershl from his guest stint on Flash: fastest man alive #3, I hope he stays on. I'm definitely buying this.

Pretty cool, not the style im used to for Flash though.

If it keeps him away from writing, im all for it.

So...that Flash has green eyes.

Bart's eyes are yellow.

*shrug*

Bart's eyes are yellow? What kind of mutant freak is he?

What's Kerschl written?

If he were, it wouldn't matter. As far as I know, Kerschl only pencils stuff. :p

He can use his pencil to write something.:(

Anyway, its nice but I dont know if its the style ive come accustomed to for art of a Flash book.

I wish Bart's Flash outfit had subtle differences, like Wally did.

Isn't it supposed to have smaller lightning bolts that don't quite meet on the forearms and waist?

i didn't want to start a new thread so i'll just ask here.
how has Hawkgirl and Firestorm OYL been? which has been better so far?
cheers.

I haven't been reading Hawkgirl, but Firestorm's been good. Professor Stein's gone so Jason has to merge with Firehawk to become Firestorm. The Firestorm matrix itself is becoming more and more unstable, though. Firestorm just fought Mr. Freeze and Killer Frost and beat them with some mysterious help from Stein, so now it looks like the next arc is where Jason gets his ass in gear and starts searching for Stein.
