now all the book needs a great writer.

That sounds good, so does Action comics 850.

WTF @ TEEN TITANS #47 .. who are they gonna kill now?
looks like its Rose .. as they all have one rose ... get it! :P

I doubt Donna Troy would give a s#it if Rose were killed.

I'm so excited that Superman is going to be in Action Comics again.

sweet. great show

Johns is only writing the back-up, I think. Back-ups are short and puny.

Holy s***, is Supernatural: Origins an ongoing?

Good to see the Batman Cooke GN get bumped to May.

Action Comics is just getting messy.

That goddamn Orion plot thread in Superman just isn't working for me,and I like Busiek.

GL and Flash look good, looking forward to Acuna's interiors.

Oh good job hiding [blackout]Hippolyta[/blackout], there:dry:. I think this is one of the few instances where I'm actually hoping it turns out to be a clone. Ah hell, I can't help it...I'm really looking forward to this and Amazons Attack even though I plan on trying my best to hate them. It's...complicated.

What pulse?

Brianwilly, I know the feeling, other than the Hipster being back, Picoult's run isnt looking so bad.

But it is. That's the problem. I foresee so much badness and castration. And I still can't wait for it. I can't understand why.

It must be Dread's influence.

Hmmm, the whole Amazon's Attack angle is pretty cool. I wonder if that was a DC move or a Picoult creation. Either way, I need my Wondy fix.

WTF happend to the Authority?
One issue came out in like Nov., and I haven't seen # 2 listed anywhere.

I'm pretty sure the Amazons Attacking thing was DC's idea. Picoult is giving the impression that a lot of her stuff is just filling in blanks for framework that DC already laid out. I'm just seeing a lot of "AMAZONS = TERRORISTS" analogies pop up before my eyes and also how they're MAN-HATIN' and oh sweet Buffy I don't know if I can take yet another Middle-East metaphor thinly disguised as a story so soon, especially on the heels of Silent War and Ultimates 2 yet to finish. Only the fact that Greg Rucka was sort of going to do this story anyway before rudely interrupted by IC is appeasing me. But then you throw in Picoult who I wouldn't trust near my worst enemies, let alone WW.

But hell, it looks like a big cool event anyway and the easiest way to hoodwink me into accepting something is to make it continuity-relevant, so I'm on board. Hence the complicatedness.

More thoughts: There's more than one volume of Trials of Shazam!? Oh god, why couldn't it just be quick.

I can't help this either: I'm liking Kara's new CRYSTALS OF DEATH power, and I hope she keeps it. Adding new powers to characters is usually just a lameass way of trying to make a lame character cool, but I think this actually helps her lameassity. Also, she's totally ripping off Linda with those wings, which will give me ammo to harp on forever. Victory:D!

Too bad she's still fighting other heroes. Sigh...at least you can practically claim that it's in character for her at this point.
