There are a group of metahumans who greatly resemble angels who locked away Trigon, who is merely a metahuman that resembles a demon, and Trigon escaped from his hell-resembling dimension to mate with Arella and thousands of other women so his kids would give him the power to escape from hell, which he already did to mate with those women.

But I have slightly more faith in Judd Winick than Chuck Austen.

I don't understand what happened to the good old-fashioned porno mag. It wasn't twisted and sick and violent like internet porn. It had real people in it (which is, I guess we the D&D/Heavy Metal/nerdcore set didn't like it). It didn't show up on your internet history. It was pretty dern cheap. It was portable. It didn't make you look possibly gay for having it around the house (like Cosmo would.) I mean, that was good clean porn. What the hell happened to good clean porn?

It died the day Bob Guccione decided that pee was the sexiest thing in the world.

It was all pretty much downhill from there.

I'm gonna go on the record and say that Judd Winick doesn't suck all the time. His work ranges from bad to decent, and there were a few issues by him in a few books that I didn't mind reading.

Winick's work has been very good at times. His Green Arrow was really good up until the probably-editorially-mandated OYL status quo change, for example.

Don't forget how Winick constantly nerfed Connor's fighting skills.

Asides from nerfing Connor, Winnick's Green Arrow is pretty damn good until the OYL mark. Same with the Outsiders.

Outsiders was good until the America's Most Wanted Arc which was pure trash.

I don't think his Green Arrow was ever good :/

His Green Lantern though was fantastic.

His Green Lantern was the best creative run Kyle's ever had.

I liked his Exiles, his GL, and his Outsiders up to some point (can't remember exactly when I stopped reading that). His GA run had some decent arcs, but it was pretty underwhelming given the standard set by earlier writers. Pretty much all of his recent output has turned me off.

Oh yeah, Exiles was good until it was handed over to... Chuck Austen
