IDK, he just said it's the first year of Batman from the POV of the corrupt GCPD. So I kinda doubt Rob will be in it, but we might get glimpses of Batman leaving the scenes or something.

I'd bet Batman at the very least cameos in it on occasion, even if only in the shadows with a stuntman in the suit.
