Yeah, I wish that people would be more active in here. I'm finding that there are a lot of fans on these sites that never read comics, though. Maybe if there was an area to discuss older runs, maybe that would help. I just recently registered on CBR, though, so I'll be able to talk about stuff there.

I haven't been on CBR since the reboot. I don't want to start over. Had some good talks there though back then.

Yeah, CBR is probably the best forum for comic book discussions. SHH is more movie-oriented so you definitely won't find as many comics readers and discussions here.

I'm active on the DC subreddit (/r/DCcomics). It's very friendly and every week there's a thread to discuss all DC comics released that week. There's also the more general /r/comicbooks subreddit.

The Flash has been sub par but I'm really liking the new arc with The Shade. This could be pretty interesting.

More than anything, I'm excited to see what Epting is going to bring to the title. That's the biggest selling point for me. If his art is even a quarter as good as what he did with Brubaker on "Captain America" and, even better, "Velvet" then this book should be incredible.

CConn and hippie hunter haven't posted for awhile. Anubis, Charlie, and Corp still post, just not really on this forum so much. I actually haven't seen Anubis or Charlie post in comic forums for a long time. Corp pops his head in every once and awhile.

Well this thread used to be a lot more active when Rebirth had started. Like everything else with hype, it dies down and stabilizes...

Has anyone picked up the New Talents showcase issue? Haven't read it yet. That, and the two annuals from last week (Batman and Superman). Supes going against Swampy should be a great read.

Yes, definitely disappointing. The hardcover trade was recently released and the sales must have been mediocre (the monthly issues were borderline cancellation mark too).

Oh, also, what happened to Nu-Lobo? Probably best they just forget about him.

Apparently it may be the same N52 Lobo. He was in a gradual evolution to become the Main Man we all love but we've never really seen that since his series got canned.

So yeah, that could either be original Lobo or N52 Lobo transformed into classic one. We just have to wait and see...

I really hate all of this Harley stuff DC is doing in the comics. The whole WW vs Harley thing is turning me off.

On another note, can someone tell me how they like the Flash and the Green Lantern books? I read the new52 Flash but haven't gotten started on rebirth yet. Thoughts?
