He can hold a bus from glass without it cracking, she can lift a tank.
I guess I'll go with Wonder Woman, cause a trailer for her new movie has her swinging from lightning bolts as well as the feats we've seen for both characters.

Wonder Woman 10/10.

With that sword ( which cut off Doomaday's hand) she's going to cut Cap to shreds. The only way he stays alive is by flying away. The moment he gets close enough for her to use any attack- magic lasso, the concussive blast from her gauntlets or just jumping up and stabbing him, he's toast.

While Steppenwolf gave her a tough time he's slightly stronger than she is and a highly skilled fighter with a super powered weapon.

Cap is probably stronger and more durable, and has lightning blasts, but is nowhere near the fighter she is. If she can survive a headbutt from an angry Superman, the she can survive a fight with Cap.

In the trailer for WW 1984 we see her swinging from lightning bolts using the lasso. WW as well as being the best DCEU is also the deadliest ( with Doomsday dead) by miles.

If you'd said - Wonder Woman with no sword or shield or magic lasso then this would be closer, but she'd still win at least 6/10.

YEEESH. Dude, we're talking DCEU's Diana, not Flashpoint's Diana.

She's gentle when it's called for, but when it's on then Gal's WW doesn't hold back, as the German soldiers in that village found out.

Plus, at the end of WW she straight up kills a god.

I don't like Cap's chances here - and I very rarely say anyone will win 10/10, but with those weapons and her speed and strength I can't see Diana losing. Maybe if he drops a building on her but that's it. His only advantages are flight and l lightning blasts, but given that she can block those, and swing on lightning well....he's screwed.
 
Normally Flash can win this one, but as far as this cinematic version of Flash goes I have no confidence in him.

Green Lantern.

This is a pretty lame version of Flash - very powerful but completley unskilled. Green Lantern should take this pretty handily. Green Lantern vs season 3 or later CW ( Grant Gustin) Flash might be a very different story.

Turning back to Billy and running away is Cap's best hope for survival. Even if WW doesn't use her sword, she's got her bracelets of massive dubstep and magic lasso, plus her built in super-ass-kicking power. She's going to wipe the floor with Cap. Black Adam might be a different story, as he's a skilled fighter and a complete a@@hole and he has Cap's powers.

Surprised at the love that Green Lantern is getting. He was taken down by Hector freaking Hammond. Then again, I haven't seen it in years. Might be due for a re-watch.

GL did defeat Parallax on his lonesome eventually. But I wouldn't recommend watching it, it gets more boring on repeat viewings.
 
After what I described last time, there is no way for Steppenwolf to win.

DOOMSDAY got me vote.
