Tricky. Sinestro is very powerful, but Sivana might be even moreso. In the comics Sinestro has a certain kind of plot armour where you see him take punches or blasts that would kill a normal human, but if he's got a ring on he's okay. Sometimes he can go toe to toe with Superman - and sometimes not so much.

Comic book Sinestro is also very creative and experienced at using his ring in unusual ways - although not as good as old skool Hal Jordan.

Sivana has Shazam's level of power. And the Seven Deadly sins to help, but I wonder how effective they'd be against someone as twisted as Sinestro.

I think it would be close. If the battle happens in space, maybe Sinestro- on earth probably Sivana.

Black Adam IMO could beat Sinestro, just.

I guess Oliver gained enough experience and strength after all this time facing super weirdos to do well enough in hand to hand against someone like Comedian.
At least I guess he did not stick to only using weapons and barely any hand to hand.

I think the Comedian would win a bunch of the fights between them with his brutality, will to fight dirty and he could probably have the edge up close. But Green Arrow would have more experience of operating at a higher level against higher level foes which would mean him winning more than half the encounters between them.

Ollies beat tougher opponents than Comedian, who would put up a good fight but ultimately I see Ollie winning.

If this was Batman vs Comedian then it would be a bit more even....while Batman would easily beat Comedian in a straight up fight, Comedian cheats ( he'll pretend to be hurt, ask for mercy and then shank you) and Batman doesn't kill his opponents. Batman's sense of morality would be a big disadvantage.

In contrast CW Green Arrow doesn't have a problem with killing ( well once in a while he adopts a no killing policy, but then drops it as soon as he needs to) he kills a lot of people, he killed Dolph Lundgren with his bare hands. In my book that makes him up to the challenge of taking down Comedian, because as soon as Eddie looked like he was going to pull a gun Ollie would put an arrow or three into him.
