We've definitely come a LONG way since Deadshot made his first Live-Action appearance in "Smallville" 5 years ago.

Oh Zod, I forgot that Deadshot was even in Smallville. Smallville had some terrible designs for it's villains, and even used most of them poorly. Now I'm remembering Smallville's version of Slade Wilson.

The proves only one thing, I need to watch through all of Smallville again. I can't even remember the majority of what happened in the later seasons and I haven't seen a episode since the series finale. Oh crap, I'm actually considering it.

I feel like this movie will do for Deadshot's comic popularity what GOTG did for Starlord and Avengers did for Hawkeye.

Loving the mask, Deadshot looks brilliant, I am loving these shots and everything about the movie so far.

I think the overall costume is ok. It's the most comic book-like one for me, but I think the mask itself looks goofy. I think they tried for something accurate there, but it just doesn't look good to me.

So I am thinking that eyepiece is hooked into mini cameras on his guns. Their "sights"can be fed back and projected right onto his eye across an array of visible and non visible spectrums. Floyd ain't letting a little thing like a wall get in his way. I bet it can do infrared, X-ray, ect.

Sooooooo much better and more comic accurate than I was expecting. Truly shocked that they actually have the trademark white Deadshot mask covering Will's entire face. Looks great. Looking forward to seeing him in action guns blazing.

The set photos show Layton wearing a cross. His character is probably a Christian. I don't know if his character in the comics is one too.

Given all the horrible stuff that happened to Floyd Lawton in the comics it wouldn't a surprise if he found god.

I don't really see what's wrong with this look.

And the Smallville Deadshot one was ok too given it was based on a specific costume he's worn before.

I think Deadshot's costume is my favourite. Plus the fact that it's Will Smith just makes me even more excited.

Love Deadshot's look. I was worried that we'd get something that doesn't cover his whole face simply because Smith is so recognizable. But I'm glad we've gotten a pretty comic book-accurate Lawton here.
