I don't know. Honestly, I have a feeling it'll be much more well received by critics. I read the script years ago, and I'm seeing all this overwhelming positivity around the movie from people who have seen it. Tim Miller seems like a stand up guy and a first time director who knows what he wants and has the right mindset and know-how to pull it off, Ryan Reynolds championed for this to see the light in this form for 11 years, and Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick... well, I've read their script years ago. And everyone seems like they REALLY poured their heart into this project (Tim Miller choked up at SDCC when talking about the script last summer). I have a gut feeling that this little movie is something special. And I think people will notice. Or maybe I could be completely wrong.

Considering Kick Ass got 76% and Kingsman 75% I am guessing Deadpool will end up in the same range, the comedy and character himself just wont sit with some critics, which is fine, thats comedy, the crudeness will be a turn off but is essential for Deadpool.

But like those films the audience score will be higher in the 80's to maybe ven 90's.

Reactions from tonight's Collider/IMAX screening was again really positive, and it came from some very superhero/film-literate people instead of just all regular people which can be very suspect in terms of first impressions. So it feels good mang.

Tim Miller denied T.J. Miller's statements about the Director's Cut at the Collider-IMAX Q&A, saying that "T.J. talks some s**t sometimes and that he's pretty happy with the theatrical cut."
