So Ryan Reynolds got 2 awards at MTV for Deadpool. No surprise considering the categories.

The award for Ryan is well deserved. I'm happy they won two awards, but not so sure about the award for the Deadpool vs Ajax fight personally.

I spoke to Simon Kinberg and Deadpool director Tim Miller earlier today at a press junket for the upcoming Deadpool Blu-ray release on May 10, and I joked that the Sony/Marvel deal was a potential watershed moment that could lead to an epic crossover between Deadpool and Gwenpool. They laughed the idea off. "No," said Miller, and then he took the conversation in a different direction.

"But I would love to, someday, in part, heal the rift between the world of X-Men and the world of Avengers," Tim Miller added.

"I think we all would," Simon Kinberg continued. "And I think there's so much crossover in the comic it would be neat to see those characters one day share a movie."

In the clip below, Tim Miller points out that he included a reference to Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige - "Feige's Famous Pizza" - in his movie Deadpool as a way to to "try and bring these worlds together."

"Both of us are actually quite close with Kevin," Simon Kinberg says, "and have a profound amount of respect for what he does. And it would be fun to all team up one day, somehow, together, if that could work."

Always good to hear when these guys are cool with each other and that Miller gave a shout out to Feige in Deadpool.

Dude talks so much sense and isnt afraid to be critical about his own work, this gives me hope for the future going forward.

As for an R rated X-Force. I cant wait for it to happen, or at least hope it gets officially announced soon it would be a great addition to Fox's X-world and expand things in a whole new direction.

Was cool to see the Mexico scene, but I can totally see why it was cut. Also dug the extended freeway scene with Colossus and NTW. They give a funny little shout out to her ability to see the future.

Did they have the Dr Killbrew scenes or the suicide montage from the script?

I didn't notice the suicide montage or Killbrew. There was a moment when Wade is following Nessa after the workshop burns down where he gets hit by a bus and then wakes up in the morgue.

Also, there is a scene in the ending battle where NTW and Angel Dust have a bit of a grapple. Nothing too long, and just seems it's an alternative explosion.

Officers bring in Ajax on a boat and unhand cuff him.

Cancer World Tour-
Opens on a medic clinic in Guadalajara. Deadpool VO "The Cancer research center of ...I'm just ****ing with you". Wade and Nessa are sitting in a waiting room talking to an older couple. The older man goes into the doctor and the doc fakes ripping out the old mans tumor. Wade waits for the Doctor, chases him down and kills him. Wade runs and Nessa looks for him in the city. Wade then takes out the card for the workshop.

Extended Freeway-
This is an extended scene of Deadpools encounter with NTW and Colossus. New moments include Deadpool referring to NTW as a trainee at a restaurant. He ask's her what her power is, and she says "I can see the future". Deadpool laughs and she puts her hand to her head like Prof X in kind of a joking fashion and says "You're about to say something stupid". Deadpool gets frustrated, tries to say something and yells "get out of my head". Other moments include Deadpool mocking Colossus in a Russain accent, stealing a dead dudes wallet, stealing some ray bans and making a Green lantern joke.

Extended Workshop Fight-

Morgue-
After following Nessa Wade gets hit by a bus. He wakes up in the morgue and flops off the table in a body bag.

This is in the strip club where Nessa is working. Wade is in the bathroom looking in the mirror and motivating himself to talk to her. A dude hands him a towel and Wade cracks a joke.

Extended Angel/NTW Fight-
NTW sees Colossus passed out. She sees Ange Dust on the ground, approaches and Angel grabs her leg. Angel holds her down and there's one punch by NTW before NTW creates the explosion we see in the film.

Extended Rubble Pile Gratuitous Worth it-
After Ajax is shot and Deadpool is talking to Colossus about how he should talk to Nessa she comes in and shoots Ajax's dead body twice.

Alt Coda-
Pretty much the same stinger talking about Cable except the boom mic keeps getting in Deadpool's face.

I didn't see it yet, but I remember it from the script and loved how grim it got. So you think it wouldn't have fit into the movie?

I've got no problems with any of the cuts, by the way. I thought the theatrical cut of Deadpool had a perfect flow.
