Very pleased!

Pleased it's Ryan playing the role.

I just hope they make the film they want to make, a hard "R" and FOX doesn't tash it and make it PG13.

That said, I think I prefer the one shown in the test footage. Not so much the color, but the material here seems a little lesser quality. Like some kind of cheap neoprene. Maybe its just the picture though.

I know what you mean about the suits material. Thing is, it's a low quality image with dull, fireside type lighting. It's not gonna give the most accurate look. Also, this suit is almost exactly the same as the suit in the test footage - there's onlt a few minor details that are different. I also think the suit looks better if its dirtied up like in the test footage, but I'm sure they wanted a pristine look for the photo shoot.

As far as the eyes are concerned, animatronics wouldn't work here. No way they're be able to squeeze that into a skin tight mask. I'm sure they'll be using cgi to rotoscope in eye and brow movement for the film.

Enhanced digitally? So that would explain why Ryan Reynolds looks skinny wearing the costume.

Skin tight clothing slims you down and hides muscle tone. Ryan Reynolds is already super slim but cut.

It's not like his cameo in FC made the movie bad. A cameo or short scene would be cool and make it more official that the two franchises are connected.

I'd love it if Deadpool walks into a bar searching for info or tracking someone or something and Logan's at the bar and he sits next to him and he puts up his flat Palm and with his other hand (hidden behind his palm) makes a pointing motion to his palm while staring at the camera and other than that there's no indication that the guy is anything more than Hugh Jackman in a bar

Right? Ryan kept promoting it on his twitter and I had never bothered to check it out until I saw someone raving about his performance. Little did I realize that Ryan, despite being very Wade-like on his twitter account, was almost playing Wade in The Voices!

I'm alright with a Wolverine cameo. Perhaps even funnier if it were a Hugh Jackman cameo.

A Tom Rothman joke is a must though. Seriously.

I don't really get the people that don't want Wolverine to have any role in the film, I can understand not liking how Wolverine has dominated the screentime in every X-men film that isn't First Class, but a scene between Deadpool and Wolverine would be fantastic given their history in the comics, it wouldn't have to be a major role.

Suit is awesome but I think Reynolds looks to slim in it, may just be the pose I am sure it will look better in live action like most costumes do.

I thought the same thing but like you say he'll likely look better in a different pose, he won't be ASM skinny.

I sincerely hope they get the balance between humour and tragedy right. I'd hate it if the movie was just a funny shoot 'em up pic. There needs to be the right amount of heart. Deadpool's not a cartoon character, after all. He's very three-dimensional, actually.

Yea the screenplay does a good job of showing why he is the way he is. After all, this zany wise cracking ******** is just a facade. Underneath it all he's a really damaged guy. Due to him being practically immortal he's used a human lab rat. There is some harrowing scenes in the screenplay of Deadpool being experimented on and tortured etc. I think they won't be done the full justice if the film is PG-13 to be honest.
