No Daniel Cudmore. Yet another recasting for X-Men--this seems unnecessary to me. Sure, he's not a well-known actor (and perhaps not the strongest), but he was just in DOFP.

This bothers me TBH and I'm not a stickler for continuity as much as other may be.

Yeah I was actually excited for Cudmore after three films he was finally gonna get a chance and now they've decided to axe him. I at least hope that the new actor has the accent and an even bigger build.

I'm not as bothered by Cudmore being replaced as I have been bothered by them not casting Colossus well in the first place with someone who not only had the right look, but was a quality actor. It appears that Cudmore only has the former down, otherwise why recast the role?

It would be great if they had cast Russian actor for Colossus role. Yeah, it is nearly impossible but at least we can get real accent.

One suggestion to cast Danila Kozlovsky. He is pretty famous actor in Russia. He appeared in Vampire Academy (pretty bad movie). But he can act.

Only concern that he is not so tall and big as Colossus should be.

Armie Hammer would be good choice for Colossus but I'm not sure that's he fits into Deadpool movie. And yeah he is kinda too "pretty" (IMO) but anyway He will play Russian spy in upcoming The Man from U.N.C.L.E and he has accent there.

I might be wrong, but if I remember correctly Xavier has a british accent as a young boy, then scottish accent as a young man and a british accent again as an old man. So...
