World Dean Cain, Tom Welling, and Brandon Routh....how hard is it?

considering Rouths a "goodlooking" man Persiancat, i find it hard to beleive they would boo Routh.

Anyway, Welling is good a a "young" clark kent, but hes not playing superman, so im not gonna comment on that. Dean Cain Clark kent was like the best one, but his superman was weak. But unlike the other superman actors, Dean cains Clark kent actually was a really cool guy. He played basketball, when out on dates, and actually seemed to be a good reporter. Cains clark kent was just a regular guy in his 20s, and didn't come off as a guy keeping secrets. Cain was clark kent first, and superman was just a diguise he wore to save people. Christopher Reeve played the best superman, and Dean Cain played the best adult Clark kent. Tom welling played the best "young" clark kent up to this date.

Are you kidding me? The first two seasons he came up with the most ridiculous reasons to leave the Daily Planet/Lois. Every time he used his powers in public when no one was watching, he looked extremely paranoid. In the pilot, Ma and Pa Kent warned him about using his powers outside, when he tried to explain that he couldn't help it (that day he saved a bus from crashing before his way to get a job at the Daily Planet).

I wouldn't say he was 'cool'. He was still rather square, Lois kept calling him farmboy and hated the fact that she had to work with an amateur reporter who comes from somewhere named 'Smallville' (Lois to Perry: I'm not making this up!) in the pilot. The only dates he went out with was Lois, and that wasn't even until the second season. And he was a virgin. He waited til he married Lois.

Routh was good, he was just very Reeves-esque. Which is what I'm sure Singer wanted from him.

Hey, I found out Captain Awesome tried out. How AWESOME would it have been if Captain Awesome played Superman?
