To the person that asked, yes Darkseid has superspeed, he USED to have telepathy as well, there was an old Justice League issue whre J'Onn says that Darkseid's telepathy is beyond his

Does Darksied actually have any other official powers other than the Omega Effect and his Super Strength and Durability ? Id like to see him portrayed in the same context as current Thanos/Surfer, i.e. a very versatile in matter and energy manipulation.

That's what the Omega Effect is . Manipulation of energy and matter to however Darkseid sees fit to use it.
