Deaths?

I read something (an interview, I think) saying that if you follow the comics, you know who is going to die in the film. The thing is for those of you who do follow the comics, know that Gwen, Harry, and Aunt May all evetually die. I don't think that will be the case, but my money is on Gwen. Maybe Gwen and Harry.

Sandman will die a well-deserved death, Gwen and MJ will not die (because Gwen has to be killed by the Goblin and MJ can't die), Harry will die, and May will die.

I'm not even sure how early on in the movie we'll get Venom though. Has any one thought that maybe Eddie and the symbiote become one some where near the end of the film, to hint at a 4th film? Similar to the way Harry found the Goblin stuff at the end of the 2nd film?
