Yes and no. The publication itself is reliable, but they recently hired El Mayimbe, whose track record is spotty at best. He's had "scoops" in the past about THIS PARTICULAR CHARACTER that have been 100% wrong, so take the news with a grain of salt.

Back when Suicide Squad was being cast, he said that Joe Mangianello had been cast as Deathstroke and there was this scene-stealing moment in the film where Slade takes out the whole team single-handedly. Then he said JM either turned down the role or WB decided to "go younger with the character" and cast Jim Parrack. All of it turned out to be BS.

And on second and third viewing, I'm actually a fan of Eisenberg's Lex. The UE improves on everything


But yeah if Deathstroke is in Justice League, I think he will be associated with Lex Luthor. Or maybe he just has a quick cameo where he fights Batman in Gotham or something.

Deathstroke being in this is incredibly exciting. This universe is coming along nicely.

Introducing Deathstroke early on is very wise. He should be a villain that pops up a lot. He's a general DCU villain, not too tied to any one character. I think they should bring him back for the Cyborg/Titans movie which could be based on the Judas Contract

I need to see the UE. Given that it made someone like you do a complete 180 on the film makes me think it might be worth my time after all.

I'm disappointed even though I know there is potential in a Deathstroke/Batman movie.

Yes, guys in great shape to and is tall. I've liked him when I've seen him act aswell especially on True Blood. I think he'd be a solid choice.

It depends on how it's done really, could be fantastic. I also think if he is then that doesn't mean you can't have other villains. The rumours of the film been an Arkham Aslyum movie could still work aswell, maybe Batman is trapped in Arkham and Deathstroke is hunting him or something.

Agreed.Although I would prefer it if Lex got free due to his own machinations but those two arent mutually exclusive.
