Deathstroke: Is he in Justice League? If so, who is playing him?

I feel like this will be a minimal but badass cameo, just enough crumbs for the Bat solo.

No to Willis apart from Looper and Wes Anderson movies he seems like he's stopped giving a s** about his preformances in the last few years

Is Affleck still in Miami or back in London? Maybe he hit the club with Cavill again and tweeted instead of adding e-mail attachment to someone :funny:

Goodness, this casting mystery is gonna haunt my dreams.

It's an inexact science, but some directors use the same actors in multiple movies. Affleck hasn't really done this from film to film I don't think, but he did bring over some people from Argo for BvS. I know BvS was Snyder's film but I'm positive it was Affleck that got Terrio on board and possibly McNairy as well. So if we're going by this logic, let's look at some actors who have been in Affleck-directed projects before who might fit Slade and see if we can come up with a name.

Jon Hamm - It seems like Hamm gets brought up a lot for CBM roles, but many of the ones he's rumored for never seem to fit, IMO. His name got tossed around a lot for Batman and Superman back in the day, and while I can see the resemblance, neither felt quite right to me. But Slade? That might just work. He's got the intensity and the no-bullsh** attitude that would fit Slade. He's also a good age; whoever they get to play the role shouldn't be too young.

Bryan Cranston - Cranston is another one who gets mentioned a lot, and for good reason. But like Hamm, a lot of the characters he gets fancast as never felt quite right to me. But Slade? That could actually be perfect if they want to go older with the character.

Titus Welliver - This one is the biggest longshot BUT he's the only actor I could find that's starred in all of Affleck's films (Gone Baby Gone, The Town and Argo) and he would fit the character really well. He's the right age, he kinda has the look, and he excels at playing villains and/or morally ambiguous types. Of course, he's a C-lister at best but... it's not like Ray Fisher, Gal Gadot or even Henry Cavill and Jason Momoa are household names yet. Most people know the last three as their characters (i.e., Wonder Woman, the Superman guy, and that Game of Thrones dude). So hey, why not Welliver?

John Goodman - Hey, I heard he lost weight recently.

Am I the only one who doesn't like the suit?

Feels very Robotcop-ish...

This mystery is going to cost me so much sleep.

Same. And I just don't think there's any real way to know who it could be. Unless we start scouring the Internet to see what actors are in London right now.

Goodman was born to play Harvey Bullock.

Annoying question no doubt, but I have little time to search- is the footage on YouTube yet? I can't play it on Twitter for some unknown reason.

Anyway, DS is a bland villain, so they need an actor less bland than a Matt Damon. I would actually be tempted to plump for someone like Jason Statham who can effectively pump up the pseudo-macho intensity in a technically limited role.

Jesus Christ. It's like you want Ben Affleck to get arrested for elder abuse. Cranston's Deathstroke belongs in assisted living. I can't stop envisioning a thin Slade in baggy armor getting the **** beat out of him by Batman now. Thanks for that.

I dont know, man but that eye looked familiar.

Like a whiteboy actor we all know.

I'm not imagining that it looks like Matt Damon's eye right? I realize how silly that sounds but it appears to be a blue, somewhat narrow eye. Matt Damon has blue, somewhat narrow eyes.

Your biased opinion of the character is well known bruh. Get that bland garbage out of here. You just mad Happy Feet didn't make the cut.

All opinions subjectively favouring one thing over another amount to bias. DS isn't an interesting villain, but the kids love teh badass, and I can respect that.

Not saying Penguin is definitely in it, but how do you know he isn't? Hell, he could be the guy who hires Deathstroke to go after Bats.
