O to the M to the G! the last 2 eps were crazy. There was so much that I dont even know where to start.

no spoilers pleeeeassse.... but do tell me this, does episode 11 leave a big cliffhanger for episode 12 like season 1 did, cause that was fantastic.

but not that big a cliffhanger.

you know, now that i've had some time to reflect the events of ep 11 & 12 i kinda wish now that I waited. It was just too much.

Yeah, that's my favorite song on the soundtrack. It's called either "Ending" or "End Credits" on the soundtrack. I always get the titles mixed up.

If anyone uses Emule I have the e-links to the last two episodes!!! Just PM me!

spoilertv has alot of pics from the upcoming episodes, they contain huge spoilers, esp season 12s pics, i stopped looking cause something spoiled too much, so incase someone wants to be spoiled on some things there some pics there.

We won't know until the strike is over.

Also, to people downloading: Please, please, please nobody spoil the last two episodes for those of us who want to wait and watch them on Showtime.

I don't know if I can't hold it any longer.

just say it was awesome or talk about things that aren't spoilers. for example i normally think the actress who plays debs is great but she seemed a bit off at times in these last two eps. i liked how the titles for the episodes worked out.

hell normally living in england i have to wait ages untill i can discuss things with people who saw them ages before. have to avoid threads aswell. so i understand what it's like from both sides.

'Dexter' May Slay on CBS
'The Tudors' and 'Weeds' are other transplant candidates

December 5, 2007

With the writers strike beginning its second month, CBS may look to corporate sibling Showtime for an injection of original programming.

According to media reports, CBS Corp. President and CEO Les Moonves told reporters at the annual UBS Global Media & Communications Conference that "Dexter" is at least one candidate for a Showtime-to-CBS transplant.

"'Dexter' is probably the first one to go on -- with some edits," The Hollywood Reporter quotes Moonves as saying. "It fits with our crime shows."

Other candidates for network repurposing -- after edits for content and to fit with the time limitations of commercial broadcast -- might include the bodice-ripping drama "The Tudors" -- originally developed in a much tamer form for CBS -- and the 420-friendly comedy "Weeds."

Expectations for a repurposed Showtime transplant would also be hard to measure. The premium cable network did a minor celebration dance two weeks ago when the Nov. 18 episode of "Dexter" became the most-watched single airing ever for a Showtime series, drawing 1.23 million viewers. Those kinds of numbers wouldn't even keep a show afloat on fellow corporate sibling The CW. Of course, Showtime is only available in between 14 and 15 million homes, leaving vast expanses of audiences yet to meet Michael C. Hall's friendly neighborhood serial killer.

CBS and Showtime have had only limited back-and-forth in recent seasons. The cable network got solid ratings from a late-night live "Big Brother" feed this summer, while CBS aired an edited version of Showtime's "Brotherhood" two summers ago.

Relatively speaking, CBS is in less dire need of original programming than several other networks. Earlier this week, CBS announced a January and February programming revamp that includes fresh installments of "Big Brother" and "Survivor," new seasons of "Jericho" and "The New Adventures of Old Christine," plus the series premiere of the comedy "The Captain."

yea i heard about that. But dont worry it doesnt mean the show is moving to CBS. I'm sure they'll air the first season but heavily editted.

if dexters 3rd season is on cbs i wont watch, part of the reason dexter is so good is because of its vulgarity and gore. it tells the story better when its more real

:up::up:agreed

omid that avvy is perfect lol god hes a creepybastard

I don't think it would be airing only on CBS, just the edited version. I'm sure Showtime will have Season 3 the way its meant to be.

Just saw the last two episodes as well, and I don't think anyone here really saw what happened coming.

Don't read this if you don't want to know about the ending

Everything that happened at the end of season 2 is exactly how i hoped it would be. No more Doakes, no more Lila, those are resolved or they should be pretty much. Not that I didn't like it, just that I wanted something new. I hope they go into the direction of Astor and Cody being similar to how Dexter was as a kid. With Doakes dead, I'm not sure if there is going to be a Dr. Danco, I guess there could be, but there would have to be a different background for him probably.
