I always cringe when the trailer shows Bruce and Jai fearlessly leap out of the window and fall several stories onto window ceilings. It's almost a parody.

Fox won't release this with an R-rating in February of all times. They didn't release Daredevil in February with an R-rating.

Jack "it's certain death"
John "like your mother's cooking"
*both laugh*

:funny:

Ben Stiller knew what was coming when he did "Die Hungry".

Same, that's the only part of the trailer I say to myself; why did they have to do that..

The new trailer in front of Django Unchained was really cool. Havent seen it online yet though

I thought Jai White, I think that's his name, was pretty good in Jack Reacher.

I saw Jai Courtney in Jack Reacher and man he was pretty damn ruthless.

the problem I have found with sequels that posit a father son team up had always been held back by the lack of charisma found in the son. (i.e. Shia for Indy's son). Jai on the other hand seems to pull it off much better.

Yeah, I don't expect the son to be particularly well-written in this movie, but based on Courtney's performance in JR, I really doubt I'll find him as annoying as I usually do when they add someone's kid to a franchise. Lucy didn't really annoy me either, now that I think about it...though maybe that had more to do with all the bigger problems I felt that movie had, lol.

Here's the new trailer that showed in front of Django

Well, I actually want to see it. Is that a bad thing?

I might actually see this now.

Honestly, this is freaking Die Hard 5, I'm not gonna get bent out of shape over people falling through glass windows. If I'm gonna get a balls to the wall action movie with John McClane then that's what I'll see it for.

This might be the first son of an action hero that might be tolerable

Am I the only one who doesn't want to see this? And why is Fox releasing it on Valentine's Day of all things? I can't see this doing Safe House numbers...

I'm just glad that it looks like they avoided the cliche of the father and an being polar opposites. It looks like they have a good rapport and will have chemistry.
