I know what the response should be - our senators did nothing wrong. They criticized the inner workings of another country, as is their right.. but we refuse to let Republicans drive a wedge between us by insisting that criticizing Jerusalem is the equivalent of criticizing the Jewish culture. It's not. They have nothing to apologize for.
....But.. knowing the DNC... it'll be more something like, "we regret today's decision by the Israeli PM, but we respect his ability to make that decision. While we do not condone the actions of our senators, we do believe that freedom of speech is important, and that the President should tone down his rhetoric to ensure the safety of our members." ....yawn...
