There is pork.

And there is 77.2 Trillion in total federal spending (not adjusted for inflation) during your entire tenure epic pork of a thousand exploding sun.

Well, as I said before, she represents her constituents well....unfortunately as the Speaker she is a complete wack job. I see her much the same way I look at Byrd. They are both perfect examples of term limits. He represented his constituents which is what they are sent to do....but when put into leadership positions where they impact the whole much more, that is when there is problems.

The fact that someone from one of the most extreme congressional districts is Speaker of the House would have Henry Clay rolling his grave.

Very true, which is why I was so against her taking that title. She is no longer JUST representing her district, she now is representing all of the House. Not cool.

According to the AP, former US Representative James Traficant failed to get enough signatures to appear on the November ballot and has been disqualified.

 Because slave owners paid their slaves 100 + million dollars over seven years. :whatever:

Maybe if LeBron had the decency to not give an entire city the middle finger on national television or even to at least give Gilbert a phone call prior to quitting, he would not have wrote the letter. But lets not expect common decency when you can just play the race card. :whatever:

Let's just say I have serious doubts that Jesse Jackson really believes that.

He's an attention ****e and always has been. He was bitterly jealous of Obama during the campaign.

Add to that his hypocrisy, as he is both racist and anti-Semitic.

But apparently it only counts when whites are racist.

According to the AP, RFK Jr. has reportedly filed for divorce from his wife of sixteen years.

So I was watching the O'Reilly Factor tonight and some crazy lady was hosting. She predicts that Hillary will run for President against Obama in 2012. Anyone think this is a possibility or just ridiculous?

That would likely destroy the party. It was bad enough the first time around. I see Hillary replacing Biden on the ticket as more of a possibility.

Watch Hillary over the next 6 to 8 months. She is quietly working, traveling, getting the ability to say that she has foreign policy experience, far more than Obama. Except for the Arizona thing she has been quiet on Domestic Polcy, and don't think she didn't let the cat out of the bag on that earlier than the administration wanted because of a blunder on her part, that was a calculated move so that the Arizona Governor and others would have time to get their ducks in a row to give a good fight on this issue, and give time for Obama to get punched around a bit.

Don't think that she is not thinking about running in 2012. She is just waiting, watching, not making any mistakes and in 8 months or so she will test the water in some way to see what it looks like. She already has the Domestic Policy experience, she now is getting the Foreign Policy experience.....if the door opens for her, if Obama's approval rating continues to fall, especially in the Domestic Policy area, don't think for a minute she won't run in 2012. She will also wait and see how a documentary on the 2008 Democratic Primaries and Caucuses goes over to the public.

She's just waiting and watching. IF, IF she doesn't like the climate for her to win in 2012, she will take the VP position, and run in 2016. But, I wouldn't put it past her AT ALL, to run in 2012.
