🇺🇸 Discussion: Third Parties, The GREEN Party, The LIBERTARIAN Party, and Other Third Parties

US News
I feel like the fact that Ralph Nader (Green Party) got 97,000 votes in Florida in 2000 and Bush won Florida by 500 votes should be taught in schools.
Schools can barely make it to the Civil Rights Movement without brushing over WW2.

Any significance behind the number of stars and stripes and the colors you chose, or is all of that something you came up with and not anything specific?
I thought it was cute, but may go back to the drawing board. The Constitution Party (Ted Cruz's Party) is purple already. :weeping:

I named the owl, Bernie.

The color orange in my mind has kind of been ruined by its association with Trump. If I could suggest another color, what about sky blue? Whenever I think about that color, I always think of freedom, new horizons and moving forward. Maybe white as a secondary color?

Blue - Democrats
Red = Republicans
Green = Green
Yellow = Libertarian
Purple = Constitution

Well I was actually about to post that pink is the color associated with social democracy which is what the party platform of the Progressive Party would be. Orange is also the color of the New Democratic Party in Canada. Teal could work, too.
I would suggest teal and pink, but that would basically just be the trans flag, though I wouldn’t mind that. :hehe:
