Discussion: Voting Rights and Election Law

Yeah saw that earlier.

Why isn't his dirty tricks lying ass in prison for fraud?

How nice of them to delay the mail and tell you it's your fault.

The Washington Post - USPS is telling people their mail is being held ‘at the request of the customer.’ It isn’t true.

JOINT NBA AND NBPA STATEMENT | Miami Heat

In every city where the league franchise owns and controls the arena property, team governors will continue to work with local elections officials to convert the facility into a voting location for the 2020 general election to allow for a safe in-person voting option for communities vulnerable to COVID. If a deadline has passed, team governors will work with local elections officials to find another election-related use for the facility, including but not limited to voter registration and ballot receiving boards.

Very cool and civic minded of them.

Great PR too.

That said, in the grand scheme... Meh.

It is great to be helping citizens to act on Constitutional rights.

But... NBA teams are where?

Big cities. Big cities that were mostly on lock for the Democratic Party. The issue of voter suppression etc. is about smaller municipalities and rural areas.

They have to.

It took 2 weeks in a PRIMARY to count all the votes this year in PA.

Imagine how long a GENERAL election count would take where there's way more votes to count.

New York took a long time too.

The high population states including CA need measures to accelerate their counts.

What a shocker. Georgia once again going to the fence to make sure voter "fraud" cannot happen by eliminating legitimate voters from the rolls.

The closer to the election it becomes the more their evil scheming becomes apparent.

Barr is the very definition of toady.

Me and my parents mailed out our absentee ballot applications today.

Of course Barr lied. He's a part of this administration. When do they ever tell the truth?
