There was a cute trailer for this before my showing of High School Musical. It focused mainly on the Hamster, who the producers must clearly know is going to be the breakout of the movie and the show stealer.

Oh, I loved that clip! Rhino, the hamster is so hilarious and delirious a bit! He will surely steal the show in this film! Can't wait.

I think I'm going to wait until the kids return to school to see this. They weren't too bad suring Madagascar, but there will be more now that school is out. I'll go right smack in the middle of the day.

I wish I didn't see this in 3D. It wasn't that great and it desatured the movie a bit. This 3D expierence ruined any future 3D movies. I'm just going to stick with the regular versions.

As for the movie. Loved it. I loved the pigeons. The New York ones, LA pigeons pitching a show. Lol

Oh and kudos for showing vegas off. I was so happy to see the Boneyard and not just see the scene set in the strip.

Thanks for posting those images Hunter Rider. Those images remind me how awesome the movie is going to be. I really was impressed with the animation from the clips, more than I imagined I would have been, so I bet the movie is going to be great. It has gotten some great reviews too!

you think it was desaturated because of 3D?

I'm probably seeing this tomorrow.

Ya, I saw it last night (it was hillarious!), but I opted not to see it in 3-D. Some of my friends went and saw it in 3-D and even though they said it was cool, they said watching the entire movie with those glasses got annoying. I loved the movie and didn't feel like I missed out since it wasn't in 3-D, but that's just my opinion. I kept laughing from beginning to end!

I saw this yesterday, and I didn't watch it in 3D (I'm glad I didn't, because I think it would've been a distraction). I thought it was definitely a step in the right direction for Disney's in-house animation. The animals were very well animated, and even though it wasn't quite Pixar quality, it was so friggin' close that I honestly didn't care. Some people have complained that the story is a little too similar to Toy Story, but personally I enjoyed it a lot. And maybe it's just because I'm living at school right now and I miss my pets a lot, but this movie actually made me tear up a few times (BTW, the last movie that did that to me was I Am Legend). Whatever the case, the movie managed to push my buttons the way it was trying to, and I ended up liking it a lot more than I expected I would when I went in.

BTW, does anyone know what breed of dog Bolt is supposed to be? I know I've seen a dog that looked like him before, but I can't put my finger on it.

Saw it last night, loved it. Made me miss my dog back home though. (college student).

I believe he's suppose to be a German Shepherd.

This was much better than I thought it was going to be. I didn't think it was going to suck or anything, it just reached above my expectations. I loved the psycho hamster, and the character/animal designs were great.

I saw this opening weekend and loved it. It's the best animated movie next to Wall-E in my opinion. To bad its flopping at the box office.

I think you may be correct. I didn't realize that German Shepherds came in white.

Yeah, a shame indeed. Hopefully it picks up a bit from Thanksgiving. Given that it's only direct competitor is Madagascar 2, I think it's either going to do better this week, or it will prove to be a very bad season for family flicks.

Also, this is the first non-Pixar movie that John Lasseter has supervised ever since Pixar effectively took control over Disney. It would be a shame if at the same time that Disney puts out a movie that's near-Pixar quality, it's unsuccessful and Lasseter has to take responsibility for it.

This was really cute. I got choked up a couple of times.

Finally got to see some trailers all the way through, "Race to Witch Mountain" okay only part of Witch Mountain, "Coraline" and "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" in 3D.

Those mocking cats were pretty funny.
"By the way, HUGE fan, love it, love you, gotta go. Thank you."
