Disney's Enchanted

The fact that at around the :31 second mark you can clearly hear the word f**k being used. Nothing against the movie, but I just find it funny how a Disney family movie has that word in it.

I saw it yesterday and I really liked it. It was very enjoyable and is technically the first movie I ever paid $10.00 for. Stupid theater. Anyway, I found Amy Adams to be just so likable, and engaging, she really made the movie.

Really ?

*goes to watch it again*

Nope I didn't hear it, your going made :oldrazz:

OMG I heard it too!!!!

Someone in the background yells "get the **** out of there!"

hahaha, better than sex in a cloud of dust i guess.

I'm pretty sure I heard it, too.

He says "Get that bus out of there".

well, it is disney- I think they may have done that just as another homage.

all good kids take off their clothes.

James Marsden seems to be the punk in every movie he's in. In Every movie someone is always after his woman. First in X-men...then is Superman and now this. Can't he ever get a break.

Also...did anyone notice the Superman returns billboard James was standing underneath. I don't know if that was on purpose or what.

Ha, I think the billboard was brought up really early in this thread.
I'll try and see this directly after work tomorrow.

:wow: heard it too. Can't believe it was there. :yay: hope Disney keeps it in the dvd version.

No, it really is get that bus out of there. I was fooled too, but upon further listening, that is what it clearly says. Also, do you seriously believe that something that loud and crude would get past the post production team? If we can clearly hear it, so could they.

I hear it after the guy says "get that bus outta there". Unless I'm remembering wrong.:o

I listened again. I confused what you were saying with the "move the bus" parts that came before.:o

It's probably bus, but it comes awful close to ****.

Yeah. When I first listened to it, I was like "Holy ****! They said ****!" but it is clearly bus if you listen closely.

It's bus. It sounded like it, I did a double-take when I first heard it, but it's definitely bus.

Look at the scene where Giselle makes a dress out of the curtains. In the first trailer, Patrick Dempsey said "Oh my god!" It's since been re-dubbed "Oh my gosh!" I saw the movie tonight and you can tell it's dubbed over. His mouth still forms the words "Oh my god!"

If they were so worked about a change like that, do you really think they would have let one that was a lot worse slip by?

And there was a Hairspray billboard (although it was for the Broadway version, not the movie) across the street from the SR billboard.

The billboard for Wicked was also visible. Stephen Schwartz wrote the songs for both Wicked and Enchanted. Wicked also starred Idina Menzel, who played Nancy in the movie (she was also in Rent, which there was a billboard up for as well).

I also noticed that the manhole cover in Times Square was conveniently located where the theaters for Beauty and the Beast and Tarzan were both clearly visible. Both shows have since closed, but The Little Mermaid is set to open in one of those theaters next month.

Speaking of The Little Mermaid, Patrick Dempsey's secretary was played by Jodi Benson, who was the voice of Ariel. I swear I heard "Part of Your World" playing in the background during the scene in the lobby.

When Edward is knocking on all the doors looking for Giselle, the pregnant woman who opens the door and says "You're too late!" is Judy Kuhn, who was the voice of Pocahantas.

And I saw her name in the credits, but I'm not sure where she was...but Paige O'Hara, who was the voice of Belle in Beauty and the Beast, also has a cameo.

The opening and closing narration was by Julie Andrews, who was Mary Poppins. The couple who wound up not getting divorced were Mr and Mrs Banks, which was the same last name as the parents in Mary Poppins.

That was a fun movie for a Disney fan. :oldrazz: :woot:

Yeah, there was a short medley from the movie there.

She was the actress during the soap opera scene. The set was made to look like the bandaging scene in Beauty and the Beast.
