Now that Lana is out of his life, and he is happily engaged to Lois, if present Clark, whether through a Kryptonian Time Crystal, or a Legionnaire Flight Ring, or any other deus ex machina, had the opportunity to travel back in time to Episode 100, would he still save Lana knowing the cost Pa Kent would face? Or would he let her die the death she deserved? Just wondering.

He wouldn't take that opportinity, he'd leave things as they are, it's all way past him now, and it's never a good idea to mess with time.

Hey Boom!

*gives Boom an affectionate hair ruffle*

Long time no see...

As for getting a do-over? I don't think Clark would, he's happy with how his life ended up and is in love with Lois...

Maybe she would have been the one who would have died if he hadn't have saved Lana. He did save her life that night... it's too risky.

"My Son! It is forbidden for you to interfere with human history!" Jor-El said it best in Superman 1.
Not that it stopped Superman from doing the Time Warp again. :)

But yeah, Time Travel is not something you should mess with. It can have extremely unpredictable results.
And Clark on Smallville has long learned to not interfere with the natural course of events.
"I'm not a God!"
That was a powerful line.

Although, to be honest, if Smallville's Lois dies anytime, I can see Smallville's Clark forgetting that whole natural course of events and reversing time, and who needs a ring, when you can slingshot through the sun. :) Preventing causality from affecting you.
Time Travel is also very complicated.

And as I said in the other thread, my time here is limited due to real life, but I can occasionally stop by.

:whatever:
Lana deserved to die? Please!!!She was a sweet young girl back then!
The only one who deserved to die was that dirty old man Jonathan Kent who treated Clark like crap all the time! I was happy when he got what he deserved!

BOOMSTER! Good to see you man.

Also Milos, I just don't know anymore...I am starting to think, you're account is meant to be a joke. Rosenbaum, is that you in disguise? :p

The Past Is The Past. Clark Left That Behind. He Moved On.

Aw shucks. I feel like I ought to return given we're in the home stretch. Looks like things have been carrying on without me. Although I'm upset you havent taken over the world yet Brain.

Triplet bet all our "taking over the world money" in Vegas and lost it all. :(

agreed

We need to get the rest of the old crew back here for the finale. :hrt:

There will probably be other old members poping up once we get closer to/night of finale.

Patsy, Rene, Sue....come back for old times sake. :(

nah it was the stock market crash that took all the money lol lol.

Since in this time-thread he did save Lana, and the original time-thread exists only in his own memory, it's a settled issue. If someone suggested a convoluted way of returning to that original time-thread, I am sure Clark would say, no thanks. He's learned that changing the past to fix the present causes more problems than it solves.
