Do people know Batman has no powers?

I don't know, I just dont like the phrasing of the title.

As for the previous post about people knowing Batman exists, but overestimating his abilities or believing he has powers, that's probably the best approach. I mean, if anyone actually saw him in action (which has obviously happened), they could probably realize that he can't shoot laser beams or fly (although in the right circumstances, it might look like he can), but the average person would probably think that there's something more to him.

Anyone with a lick of sense knows he has no powers.

Although in order to make him 'comparable' to powered heroes, his assets are stretched to hardly believable porportions.

I actually thought, at first, that the title was about writers and fanboys as opposed to characters in the DC universe...
